IS IT WORTH IT?
I can’t seem to stop noticing the importance of living intentionally. Have you ever noticed that whether or not you’re focused on something specific, your brain will be thinking about something no matter what!? It’s impossible to just not think. It’s impossible to not live unless obviously, you die.
The reality is that you’re here. You have a soul. God created YOU for a reason. So what are you going to do about it?
What are you going to do with the mind, body, and soul that you have been given?
The first thing you have to decide for yourself is this, “how important is my life?” If you know what Jesus says about you, you will quickly learn that your life is very important. In fact, you’re a one of a kind. No one else is JUST like you. Did you know that God gave you allll the tools you need in order to live intentionally? He gave you access to powers that are beyond this world, just so that you can live intentionally.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR LIFE?
So, in what way do you want to live intentionally? Do you want to intentionally be depressed, fat, lonely? I hope not. Last time I checked, no one wants to be that way. It just kind of happens. At least, in my experience, that’s what happens. If you just go with the flow, life seems to happen and it’s often what we don’t want to have happened. Then one day, we feel “so far gone,” and we don’t know what to do to get back on track.
If you’ve noticed, this is how a lot of people live. With anger, frustration, stress, etc. It’s normal because that’s our sinful nature. It’s normal because it’s the EASY way, but definitely not the best way.
So what is the best way? Well, I would say I feel best when I’m happy, having fun, living “well,” and impacting others. When I’m fit, when I have energy, and the list goes on. What if you could live this way all the time? Regardless of the trial that’s right in front of you. What if you can push through and still experience an abundant freedom of joy and peace?
This is my very message, you can. This is why I care so much about helping you to live intentionally is because I have found that there is so much freedom and I want you to experience this joy with me! It’s so not easy, it takes training and discipline. I sometimes wonder what my life would be like today if I would have taught myself this concept at a young age. If you live with intention, there is abundant freedom for you. God’s word even tells us that what we reap, in due time we WILL harvest! This means that if you keep living intentionally and doing the RIGHT work, in due time you will benefit the rewards of your hard, hard work. Make sure you read that last part again…hard work.
We often want everything to be easy for us. We want it all to be handed to us. That’s where you have to decide, how do I want to live my life? Do I want to do the hard work it takes to live with intention?
For me, I have compared the two lifestyles. I have decided on my life that I’m willing to do whatever it takes in order to experience abundance. I’m willing to fight through my emotions so that I can feel peace and confidence in the way that I live. What will you decide?
Sister, I hope you choose to join me. I want the “living intentionally” message to be your message. Not just my message that Callie Ammons carries on her blog, but I want it to be a saying for YOUR LIFE.
For you to live intentionally with the thoughts you think, the things you allow your body to intake, to be intentional with the relationships you have, and to be oh so intentional with your relationship with Jesus.
Life is more than just living and trying to get by. It’s up to you! I’m here to intentionally walk with you so that you can live a life, full of intention.
